Multi-Channel Subsurface Imaging
- In 2005, SPECTRA established a Strategic Alliance with Underground Imaging Technologies (UIT) to represent and use UIT's state-of-the-art Underground Imaging System in the Northeastern United States.
- The UIT System and SPECTRA Service consists of hardware, software, and professional interpretation components that allow detection and mapping of buried objects and subsurface features.
- The Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and / or the Electromagnetic Induction (EMI) components when combined with State-of-the-Art Global Positioning Systems provide the most complete, accurate and precise subsurface mapping available in the world today.
